What this site is

The honest baseline
Hardoi district — of which Sawayajpur tehsil is the smallest by population — has been classified as one of India's 250 most backward districts since 2006. It receives Backward Regions Grant funding. Literacy is 64.6% (2011 census), sex ratio is 868 (vs UP state average 912), 31% of the population is SC.
These are the numbers this plan starts from. We won't make them up. We won't round them down. We'll show them on the dashboard, and we'll publish what changes — and what doesn't.

2047 — India @ 100
Literacy 85%+. Female literacy 80%+. Sawajpur a model for transparent constituency governance.
Where the money comes from
An MLA's office has limited funds. We think they should be public. On the money page we publish the funding scheme we operate under, our proposed allocation across the five pillars, and a commitment to publish every sanctioned work, with location and status, every quarter.
What we won't promise
- A job for everyone who asks — we can connect people to opportunities, but we cannot employ them.
- Instant roads — road-building is a state subject and takes seasons.
- A clean sweep of corruption — we can publish more, but we can't unilaterally fix procurement.
