The problem
Sawayajpur sits in the eastern sandy uplands of Hardoi, near the Gomti. KVK Hardoi documents "irregular rainfall and irrigation problems" in the district; groundnut (a kharif crop) is shrinking. Drainage in flood-prone villages is poor; paved roads exist but maintenance is patchy; many habitations are not on the all-weather network.
2027 — 100 days & first year
- Pothole audit + repair of all paved roads (km-by-km)
- GIS-mapped status of every village road published
- Drainage survey of 5 flood-prone villages
- Street-lighting audit in Nagar Panchayat wards
2030 — end of first term
- All-weather connectivity to every village ≥500 population
- 24×7 street lighting in all Nagar Panchayat wards
- Public Wi-Fi at PHCs, schools, bus stands
- Road density at district average
