📚 Education

Every child in Sawajpur in a working, equipped school — and a credible path past class 12.

The problem

Hardoi literacy is 64.6% (2011). Female literacy is meaningfully lower (district proxy ~55%). Government schools in the constituency face the usual UP rural triad: teacher vacancies, dilapidated buildings, no digital learning. Most competitive-exam candidates leave the district for coaching in Lucknow — and many never come back.

2027 — 100 days & first year

  • Audit: functional toilets, drinking water, electricity in every govt school in Sawayajpur tehsil
  • Smart classroom installed in 1 school per block (3 schools in first year)
  • Teacher vacancy audit published; 50% filled within first year
  • Career-counselling help-desk opened in 3 blocks

2030 — end of first term

  • All-block digital learning centres operational
  • Free competitive-exam coaching for SC/ST/OBC/minority girls
  • Zero school dropouts in 2 model blocks (proof-of-concept)
  • Sawajpur-to-NIT/IIT mentoring pipeline
